Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of michelematuro.com and the client portal. Coaching itself is also governed by the coaching agreement each client signs. If the two ever conflict, the coaching agreement applies.

Michele Maturo holds a master's degree in Marriage & Family Therapy and practices as a coach, not a licensed therapist. Nothing on this website, in the self-assessment, or in coaching is medical or mental-health advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

The free self-assessment is a reflection tool. It is not a psychological test and does not diagnose any condition.

Coaching is by application. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. If coaching isn't the right fit, I'll do my best to point you toward the right support.

The Initial Assessment Session is $250 and non-refundable; the full amount is credited toward your next session or package. Sessions and packages are paid in full before booking and are non-refundable. Package sessions must be used within the package timeframe (one month, two months, or three months from purchase).

Sessions can be booked up to 30 days ahead with at least 48 hours' notice. You can cancel or reschedule in the portal at least 48 hours before a session and the session returns to your balance. Sessions cancelled with less notice, or missed, are forfeited.

Your portal is for you only. Please keep access to your email secure, since sign-in links are sent there. Messages in the portal are for brief check-ins between sessions and are not monitored for emergencies.

The content on this site, including the self-assessment and written materials, belongs to Michele Maturo and may not be copied or resold without permission.

You are responsible for your own decisions and actions. To the extent the law allows, Michele Maturo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website or portal.
