For the past year and half I have chosen Protein World for my go-to for health products and advice. One of the many things I’ve discovered about health and fitness is that it takes the combination of habit, hard work, diet, and recovery to see change and achieve the desired fitness goals. Learning to properly nourish my body with the PW vitamins, meal replacements, protein, and BCA, has significantly changed not only the way I feel but, the way I recover. With 2016 coming to a close I am looking forward to setting new goals for the new year. I’ll be updating my progress more frequently for you over the next few months.
